Beefing up a Gibson LP Jr Copy
Adding weight and sustain to lightweight Gibson Les Paul Junior copy. A cavity was machined under the pickguard
and the pickup cavity was deepened. 1/2 thick brass inserts were machined and then installed.

Accurately machining an acoustic saddle
After adjusting the truss and cutting the nut, I take some measurements at the 12th fret, do some calculations and machine the saddle.
It's a very precise way of setting the action on an acoustic guitar.
Travis Bean bridge pocket machining
Machining the bridge pocket to remove excess lacquer and set the bridge deeper in the body to get a lower action.
Wah Wah mods
Fitted with a Stuart Castledine board. True bypass with led. I removed the trimpots on the
board and wired in rotary switches for the mid, bass and vocal adjustment.
